Data We Collect
When you create an account on TotSpot, we collect your email address and the names and ages of your children (optional). This helps us show you age-appropriate promotions and personalise your experience. We do not collect precise location data — we only use the location you search for to help find nearby parking.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to power your TotSpot experience — showing you relevant parking spots, displaying age-targeted promotions, and allowing you to save your children's profiles. We use anonymised, aggregate data to improve the app and understand usage patterns, but this data cannot identify you or your family.
Cookies & Tracking
TotSpot uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly without them.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can view, edit, or delete your children’s profiles at any time from the Account page. If you wish to delete your entire TotSpot account and all associated data, use the Delete Account option in Settings or email us at admin@totspot.uk. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once completed.
